Our Department is composed of the EE main office, faculty assessment committee, curriculum organization committee, budget organization committee, and admissions committee. There is also an EE student union and a counseling center to offer emotional and psychological support for our students. Such an organization has eased operation of the entire Department even though we have over 50 professors and over 1000 students.

The EE main office is consisted of the department chair, office assistants and maintenance staff. It is in charge of administrative affairs of undergraduates and graduates, such as admissions, course organization, funding, research planning, faculty research project, studying abroad, applying for scholarship, course withdrawal, and putting students in contact with professors and so on. Maintenance staff repairs and maintains the hardware equipment of our Department including computer rooms and laboratories.

The EE student union is a student-run organization composed of our juniors. They help arrange activities for our department such as our annual EE week, domestic EE sports championship, and North EE sports championship. They also help to maintain the Department library and the Department homepage.

Our organization emphasizes on team work. If you join our Department, you will quickly find that everyone cooperates very closely, in a very friendly environment.
