Educational objective of the Department of electronics engineering

  1. Establish studentsprofessional knowledge: cultivate students to master basic and professional knowledge of electronic engineering, combine with practical operation thus realize the purpose of integrating theories and practice, andmake students have the ability of inference, analysis, innovation and integration.

  2. Practice diverse learning, educate students with profound knowledge, communication skill and team spirit for meeting challenges in different stages of life,and make them understand professional ethics and social responsibility.

  3. Broaden international perspective, create international learning environment to make student know about the trend of domestic and foreign society and industry, andcultivate them to become electronic elites and leading talents in the world.

StudentsCore Competence of the Department of Electronics Engineering

According to the educational objective of the department, the students are expected to have the following core competence upon graduation:

  1. Professional Knowledge

(1)math, physics knowledge is main, chemistry, biology knowledge is complementary

(2) professional knowledge and competence relevant to electronics and information field

(3)practical operation of electronics and information field; ability to discover, analyze and solve problems and conduct innovation

(4) ability to do science and technology writing and presentation; behavior and ability of continuous learning

(1) basic knowledge about humanities and arts, social science

(2)ability to understand and practice professional theories and social responsibility

(1)understand the domestic and foreign trend of electronic information industries

Core Competence of the Electronic Engineering Research Institute

The field of electronic science and technology is wide. In order to pursue specialization, the institute enrolls students in two groups, solid state electronics group and circuit and system group. The institute requires the graduates to have the following core competence upon graduation:

  1. Professional Knowledge

(1)professional knowledge about solid state electronics and circuit system

(2)ability to conduct solid state electronics or circuit system design, experiment and data analysis; ability to discover, analyze and solve problems and conduct creative thinking

(3)ability to use computer supportive software and instruments

(4)ability to conduct interdisciplinary integration
