Future objective

The aim of the Department is to provide students for careers in the fields of electronics research and technology, and to aid in developing academic institutions and high technology industries in the R.O.C. The Department puts special emphasis on microelectronics science and technology, including electronic materials science, solid-state physics, semiconductor technology and devices, nano science and technology, integrated circuits, computer-aided circuit design, system-on-chips, and system applications in automation, communications, and computers.
